PAYMENT. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION OF GOODS

1. We deliver products to most of EU countries. Products to EU countries will be sent using Lithuanian post services. The exact delivery price depends on the weight and price of the ordered Goods. The buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the Goods. If you want goods to be delivered outside of Lithuania in cart page you should choose "Už Lietuvos ribų (Outside of Lithuania)" option.
2. When making payments through banks, the Buyer uses the services of third parties. The seller is not responsible for any actions or omissions of such third parties, and the possible consequences arising therefrom.
3. Payment is considered completed when the entire amount due is received and credited to the Seller's bank account.
4. The order starts to be executed only after receiving the payment for the goods and their delivery (transportation).
5. The buyer, who has chosen payment via online banking, must confirm the payment order within 24 (twenty-four) hours after clicking the "Pay" button. If the payment order is not confirmed within this period, the Seller has the right to consider that the Buyer has refused to conclude the Agreement and to cancel the order.
6. The delivery is considered completed when the goods are delivered to the Buyer at the address indicated by him, regardless of whether the Goods are actually accepted by the Buyer himself or by any other person specified by the Buyer. Ownership of the Product is transferred to the Buyer from the moment the goods are handed over to the Buyer.
7. Upon unreasonably refusing to accept the ordered goods or part of them during the delivery of the goods, the Buyer must cover the Seller's actual costs and/or delivery costs related to the contract.
8. At the time of delivery, the Buyer must check the condition of the product shipment. If a violation of the package of the package is detected, the representative of the organization providing courier services, together with the Buyer or his representative, fills out a special package inspection report, which indicates the violations found.
