Refund policy

PRODUCT QUALITY, RETURNS AND WARRANTIES

1. Defects in the Goods sold to the customer are removed, poor-quality Goods are exchanged and returned based on the "Rules for the return and exchange of goods, approved by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania in 2001". June 29 by order no. 217 "On the approval of the rules for returning and exchanging items".
2. In case of return of unsatisfied goods, the delivery fee must be paid by the Customer. The delivery costs of the parcel of returned defective goods are covered by the Seller.
3. The Seller accepts the Goods from the Customer if: the product has not been used, has not lost its commercial appearance and has not been damaged by the Customer, is presented in the original, neat packaging, the complete set of the Product is returned, the customer provides the document of purchase of the Product.
4. The product will not be exchanged, defects will not be removed free of charge, and money will not be refunded if the product's defects were caused by the customer's violation of the rules for using or storing the product.
