Bishofit Bath Salt for Baths and Foot/Hand Baths BISHOFIT Mg++, 1350 g

The magnesium in Bishofit dissolves easily in water and rapidly penetrates through the skin. Bishofit baths help you relax, relieve muscle tension, and ease chronic fatigue and insomnia.

Usage: Fill a standard-sized bath (100 L) with warm water (36–37°C) and dissolve 100–150 g (4–5 tablespoons) of concentrate. Bath duration: 15–20 minutes. For small baths (hands and feet): dissolve 15–30 g (0.5–1 tablespoon) in 10 liters of water; soak for 15–20 minutes.

Ingredients: Magnesium Chloride, Propylene Glycol, Xanthan Gum, Common Juniper Wood Oil, Scots Pine Leaf Oil, Eucalyptus Leaf Oil.

Precautions: Do not use during acute illnesses, exacerbation of chronic conditions, thrombosis, embolism, stage 2 or 3 hypertension, tuberculosis, infectious diseases, or in case of individual intolerance to any of the ingredients.

Storage: Keep out of reach of children. Store between +5°C and +25°C at a relative humidity not exceeding 70%.
